泳池意外关闭。酒店房间可以升级一下。床很舒服。办理入住的工作人员很友好，帮我们提前办理了入住。早餐时，我要求把电视台从ESPN换成早间新闻，结果被告知由于“系统不同”，无法更改，体育频道对所有人都适用。我对这种回复很恼火。大多数早餐室都播放主流电视台的早间新闻。看来这家酒店最近已经出售了，不再是最佳西方酒店了。
地理位置优越。设施略显老旧。空调启动时噪音极大，难以入睡。冰箱半夜发出警报。床上用品也只能算是一般般。早餐也差强人意。糖山和比奇山上还有那么多选择，我以后不会再住这里了。
房间看起来很破旧，可能30年都没翻新过了。淋浴间里有霉菌，床也很旧很不舒服。绝对不会再住这里了。
没有电梯，卫生间又小
这家酒店最糟糕的地方就是没有电梯。作为一对老夫妻，拖着行李上楼既麻烦又不安全。我们应该要一间一楼的房间。
糟糕透了，房间里弥漫着柴油味，很快就让我头痛欲裂，不得不赶紧退房。由于是通过*******预订的，而且联系不到*******的任何人退款，所以不予退款。以后再也不通过*******预订任何酒店了！
显然这是一家老汽车旅馆，所以有些破旧。我们的房间很干净，床也很舒服！工作人员非常友好。
糟糕透了
糟糕透了的地方。图片和网站上完全不一样。我已经取消了预订，因为我已经向他们解释了这个问题。房间有几个问题，但他们却不愿意取消今晚的预订。
员工友善。房间舒适。咖啡和早餐美味。
