NO HOT WATER !!

We had no hot water at all. We had been to a University of Richmond football game, where we got soaked wet in a thunderstorm. We were cold and wet by the time we arrived. We both wanted to take a hot shower. No hot water !!!

That evening or the next morning.

Breakfast the first morning was good with many options. The second morning wasnt that great. The bathroom was very small and the AC wouldnt cool off the room below 75 degrees.

Breakfast service was good. Front desk staff was good, Room was quiet enough but floor was sticky and wiping it with a towel brought up alot of dirt. The elevators could use a good cleaning.. Sink plug in my room did not work. HVAC grille was smashed (cosmetic issue only), Only one ice machine working and was not notified so had to visit them all before finding a working one.

Room was not up to my standard of cleanliness. Hair in the shower and refrigerator. Dust everywhere - in the corners, on the refrigerator, around the bed. The AC unit was so dirty and old. Hallways looked unkept and only one elevator working.

Acceptable, but not what I had hoped for

I was disappointed in the room because it was small, the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was low. The sink was outside the bathroom; the flooring had a large water damaged area (laminate floor). There was a rickety desk on wheels, and a very uncomfortable desk chair right in front of the TV. On the plus side, I liked the bed spread although it had a few stains on it. Also there are many places to plug in and charge your electronic items.
