Staff was very courteous. And the rooms were very clean and they had a good breakfast I would stay here again

The bathroom was smaller than the reg best western. And always have to ask for more face clothes when you rent a 2 bedroom and communicated there will be 4 people in the room but have to ask for 2more face clothes.

Hotel is so hidden and signless that it is invisible from main road. Had lots of trouble finding it.
Room too crowded with furniture, some of it tattered or askew.
Worst thing: The heating/AC system is extremely loud. Even when it is not in use, the noise from those in neighboring rooms is intrusive.

toilet is too low. Not enough hand rails in the bathroom even handicap room, biscuit hard for 2 days, healthy menu, 2 nights heard someone snoring, radiator made noise in my room and my friend's room,room was clean, had to go to front desk for additional wash cloth, towels, toilet paper, no service for room, I guess I had to ask for room service at least to empty the garbage. Will not return.
