Both locks on my door were broke. Breakfeast wasnt hot, coffee machine broke. Sheets were frayed. Room service neglected to clean 2 out of 5 nights I didnt have the DND up. Work out room covered in dust.
AC worked great. Staff was helpful enough. Get what you pay for.

Breakfast was very limited. Juice and coffee machines both were out of order. Toilet and shower both ran and there was a hole in the wall.

There was a horrendous smell throughout the property. The vending machine with Dr pepper, Diet coke etc didn't work

非常令人失望的一次入住。服务很差，酒店也不干净。肯定需要改进。

我得等前台人员在门外抽完一支烟才能办理入住。他看到我走进来，但毫不在意。令人惊讶的是——你的信用卡上竟然有一百美元的押金，而且要扣好几天，而你根本不知道这笔押金。没有笑容。不受欢迎……就是一个讨厌自己工作、显然不太喜欢别人的人。我不确定我到之前有没有发生骚乱，但我到的时候，警车在周围绕了好几圈。
酒店很脏。房间气味难闻。走廊和楼梯间布满蜘蛛网，地板上散落着薯片和其他食物。（显然很久没吸尘了）。不推荐，我们不会再去。真希望我们通过第三方预订之前能先看看评论。千万别去！
太恶心了

照片里的脏毛巾是他们留在浴室里的。我要求换一条干净的毛巾，他们说没有，所以我们没法洗澡。
晚上总能听到走廊里有人跑来跑去，感觉就像有人在开卧室门一样。床单上沾满了污渍，浴室里还有头发，我去吃早餐的时候，发现几乎没有早餐。
