房间味道很大，是那种体味无法挥发的气味，酒店服务人员也承认，但以房间订满为由不给换房。第二天做了彻底清洁后改善很多，不过隐约还是能闻到。因为酒店星级高，本期待住得舒适解乏，结果却最为失望。第一天晚上基本没有睡，提出赔偿，酒店仅象征性免了一点房费，说可以再送一张免费饮料券。我们缺你们的那点饮料吗？这样欺负客人真是有损这个酒店乃至德国酒店服务行业的水准与形象！

总体不错，但在这里住了一周，早餐菜单从来没变过。
对于瓦格纳音乐节的观众来说，这是一个轻松便捷的选择：有往返穿梭巴士，晚上餐厅也营业提供餐点……所有这些都伴随着一流的服务👍
客户办公室周边环境优越，有一家高品质餐厅，距办公室仅数步之遥，无论是商务宴请还是日常用餐，都能满足您的需求。
酒店很好，除了他们在我抵达时把预订弄错了，导致房客和工作人员猛烈敲我的门——要求我处理。我去了前台，工作人员很尴尬——问题解决了——停车费也免了，谢谢。但……除了这个混乱的经历，酒店仍然很好。
都不错，除了德国床太小害怕掉下来
