I’ve stayed at the hotel many times over the year. It’s in need of a massive refurb. Weather was cold but old sash windows let too much cold in, shower was horrendous. It’s a great location but sadly needs a makeover, with that said, you get what you pay for.

Good size room, staff excellent and attentive. Great location very close to the beach and gardens.

The reason I revisit the royal Exeter again and again is eveything from the friendly staff, the entertainment; the cleanliness and the breakfast, it’s a wonderful stay

真是个笑话。房间陈旧不堪。管理层和员工撒谎。震耳欲聋的音乐震得窗户、门和天花板都摇晃，一直持续到凌晨4点。
我们投诉时，前台说他们会给预订者发邮件，告知他们音乐太吵。但我们没有收到任何邮件。我们入住时，前台撒谎说酒吧里有现场音乐表演，直到凌晨1点。
这是一家夜总会，播放着失真的音乐，直到凌晨4点。
谁会花钱住在一个因为楼下震耳欲聋的音乐而无法入睡的房间里呢？
床和房间都很破旧。浴缸褪色了。瓷砖发霉了。
这完全是个笑话，再加上我经历过的一些最差的客户服务。
房间里弥漫着一股浓重的潮湿气味。这或许是因为房子老旧造成的正常现象，但实在令人难以忍受。
