Staff was excellent. Reservation and check in was easy. Hotel is showing it's age. Room was clean, AC great, breakfast was good. Parking was convenient. My room was by exit and ice machine so a little noisy. My room could use a face lift. Parking lot needs paving. Overall a good place to stay. But they are getting top dollar for a moderate level room.

A bit of an older place that can use a refurbishment. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great follow up on any issues.

This was a very old hotel with walkout doors so you could go straight to your vehicle.
A very good Mexican restaurant close by was quiet, clean old, just like me

We stay here every year when we come to Sedalia. Rooms are clean and have a nice breakfast. This time the text us telling our room was ready. Which was nice! Always enjoy our here. Parking is great too!

Paid for poolside room and wasn't given a pool side room and still charged the same rate. Sink in room was clogged, all wall outlets were so worn out you couldn't charge anything. They had one person working both the front desk and breakfast area and the food was complete out when we showed for breakfast. No pool towels at the pool. Main issue I saw was just lack of staff

Good enough.
Quick check-in. Clean rooms. Bed wasn’t very comfy. Pool was freezing. Breakfast was okay. Was good enough for us for our State Fair stay. We’ll stay again.

Easy check in & out.
Clean, we do a pretty good check before settling in.
The bathroom was on the smaller end, husband is 6'4 so yeah the older establishments tend to be that way.
One entry way in the back smells bad. Did not have that anywhere else.
