Photos did not accurately depict the condition of the hotel and room. Toilet would not stop running. Towels were damp. There were a lot of men hanging around outside. Did not seem safe

the only thing that was a concern, was the telephone in the room was not in working order. This is a must in my opinion, in case of an emergency and your cell phone is not available.

When we got to our room, there was a bunch of old food in the refrigerator and greasy napkins in the microwave. Disgusting!

This hotel is maybe a 2 star . Room was dirty with carton with empty beer can still in the room.
Smelled horrible. Coffee maker had sour water in the reservoir. The Ice maker outside did not work.
Cracks under the door to outside parking area.
Best for working men..

I didn't really venture around the property other than to get a drink out of the vending machine. I enjoyed the quiet and the A/C. It was not far from the Williamson County Expo Center. It is cricket season but I was upstairs and didn't have issues with them.

酒店回复: please be truth full to your self and be respect to Staff And business. you checkout as your emergency after used room , staff went beyond policy and call travel agent behalf of you to get you refund back of other night and waived fees , what shouldn't had to do so... and instead of appreciation, thankful , we received low score here just because it got charge for day you used room.
