During our stay at Zostel Srinagar, one of the standout highlights was the cab driver they hired for us Mr. Shariq. He was incredibly trustworthy and went above and beyond throughout our trip. Not only did he ensure smooth travel but he also helped us shop for local items like Pherans and Zaafraan. We formed a genuine bond with him, and I am writing this review specially to appreciate him and help him get more customers. If you come to Srinagar, do ask for Mr. Shariq. As for the property itself, I found Zostel Srinagar to be somewhat below par compared to other Zostel locations I have stayed at such as Delhi, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Some aspects of the standard double room were disappointing for instance the bathroom windows didn't have doors, the washroom curtains were untidy and the washroom lacked a water outlet near the bath area. Additionally, the twin room didn't have a room mirror, which was inconvenient On the positive side the staff were efficient and were always ready to help the travelers in any way they could. The restaurant also offered good food at a reasonable rate. .

staying was horrible cos booking was made as per the telephonic discussion with the front desk person ZOSTEL Srinagar. Accommodation was not made as per booking. Will never stay and never recomand at Zostel Srinagar again.

Location, Hospitality, Food and people everything is great here. After travelling our loved country I can say you can get safe and comfortable stay within budget and get connect with like minded people here. Very good for long and short stay.

I am a solo traveller, came here for few days but end up spending almost a week here. It’s very user friendly and comfortable stay and food and location is good here.

My stay at ZOSTEL was amazing I enjoyed a lot with my friends their with the ZOSTEL management the mainly with the manager irfan he was just truly heart full guy I have ever met ❤️
