The staff and all members are super supportive. Whatever was needed was on top service and was made available before time. Owais Hakeem and Fatema at the reception were always there to help with a smile whether it was day, evening or night. The ambience and rooms were super and felt like home. We stayed for 5 days and the food was mouth watering. Everyday there was something to taste from Kashmir. Will surely stay again if I travel back to Srinagar

Excellent hospitality and Humble staff. I had visited this beautiful property at Srinagar with my family last week. Location was good. Staff was polite and Humble. Food was excellent. Chef Ali Mohd. is a great person. Mr. Rasikh (F&B Mgr) helped us finding Nice tourist spots and with the local market as well. Mr. Suhail helped us in booking this property. He is a gem of a person. I would recommend to visit this hotel at least once in a lifetime to experience their hospitality.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room was very spacious, neat, and spotlessly clean, which made it extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and whatever you needed was served with great care. A special thanks to Fayaaz and Sahil ***** with their team, who served everything with warmth and kindness. Their hospitality really made our experience memorable. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One small point worth mentioning – not related to the hotel team but to Lemon Tree management – is regarding the internet service. The basic internet provided in rooms is quite slow, and guests are asked to pay extra for high-speed internet. In today’s time, fast internet should be a basic amenity, and this policy feels like a poor management decision. Overall, the team here gave us a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
