My stay at this hostel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Here are the specific issues:
1. Poor sound insulation: I was woken up by a mouse in the room late last night, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. Meanwhile, I could clearly hear the snoring from the neighboring room, with no sense of privacy at all, which seriously affected the quality of rest.
2. Faulty infrastructure: Among the three public bathrooms, two failed to provide hot water, causing great inconvenience for washing. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was extremely weak and basically unusable, bringing significant trouble to work and entertainment. Additionally, there were mosquitoes in the room, and their bites disturbed my rest.
3. Perfunctory service response: I reported the problems to the front desk immediately after discovering them, hoping for a proper solution or at least a reasonable response. However, the front desk neither apologized nor took effective measures to address the issues, only providing a plate of mosquito coils to dismiss me. They completely ignored the guest’s actual needs and terrible experience, and the service attitude was very disappointing.
As a paying customer, I failed to obtain a basic comfortable living environment and the due service guarantee. This stay was extremely unpleasant, and I do not recommend this hostel to other travelers.
房间大 院子大 床不太舒服，没有空调只有一个小电扇，没有洗手间 洗手上厕所洗澡都要走很远 步骤多了来回走很不方便，Wi-Fi很快，有个大泳池可以玩。出了酒店门口就是711走几步就是湄公河边 可以看到老挝。
此次入住体验极差，完全不符合预期，具体问题如下：
1. 隔音效果堪忧：昨晚深夜被房间内的老鼠惊扰，无法安睡；同时能清晰听到隔壁客人的呼噜声，毫无隐私感可言，严重影响休息质量。
2. 基础设施故障：公用浴室共三间，其中两间无法提供热水，洗漱极为不便；房间内无线网络信号极弱，基本无法正常使用，给办公和娱乐带来极大困扰；房间内有蚊子出没，叮咬影响休息。
3. 服务响应敷衍：发现问题后第一时间告知前台，希望能得到妥善处理或至少是合理回应，但前台既未表达歉意，也未采取有效解决措施，仅提供了一盘蚊香草草了事，完全无视客人的实际需求和糟糕体验，服务态度令人失望。
作为付费入住的消费者，未能获得基本的舒适居住环境和应有的服务保障，此次体验非常糟糕，不建议其他游客选择这家旅舍。

Namkhong 度假村真是个好地方，位于主干道旁，但整个酒店都充满着安静祥和的氛围。房间真的很舒适，完全由木头制成，空间宽敞，露台也不错。这里的厕所是共用的，干净且数量众多。木屋后面就是一个大游泳池，干净又完美！
俄罗斯现实主义混凝土掩体与泰国村庄相遇，但安静干净。为我们选择的所以我们顺其自然。不过睡得足够好。有点太预算友好了。靠近商店和餐馆。一个被遗忘的夜晚。如果您的预算有限，那么它就完全足够了。
