Fab hotel, poor breakfast.
I would have given the whole stay excellent however, the hotel and its reception staff were excellent. What has let it down was the poor service and breakfast this morning.
The staff were inattentive and ignored my hand waving to attract their attention. Our full English breakfast was delivered to the wrong table, taken back to the kitchen and then landed on our table. The food was of poor quality with the majority of it cold. I asked for toast and was given one side cooked. I asked for it to be replaced and the second delivery was burnt.
The hotel room was exceptional and I would definitely return however I probably would not pay for the breakfast again.

房间藏在小道上,和朋友一起打算去庄园玩,于是留宿一晚。庄园后门入口离酒店步行5分钟左右,非常非常方便。整体不错,但性价比一般。
办理入住时,前台说我们没付早餐费,但我明明付了,还得拿出凭证给他们看。早餐一般,不太好吃,所以第二天早上我们就只吃了欧式早餐。现在真后悔付了早餐钱。
除了酒店门前的道路因为公共活动封闭,导致我们找路有点麻烦之外,其他一切都很好。房间干净、安静,空调也很给力。
酒店离布伦海姆宫步行十分钟,很方便。如果前一晚在牛津玩,可住这里第二天一早直接去丘吉尔庄园。
房子是老房子,但蛮干净。比预期好。
唯一令人不满意的是10.5日晚间的前台接待。她的冷若冰霜令人以为身处德国不是英国,但作为前台接待人员连一句最基本礼貌问候语(比如你们好,欢迎)都没有的态度也根本不像德国人。在英国从来没遇到这样的服务素质,非常不专业,因此服务这项我选择2分(不满意)。如果你不想花钱看冷脸大可选附近其他酒店。
房间很棒,员工也很可爱。会再次预订。
很可惜,这里没有电梯,楼上的房间对于带着行李或行动不便的人来说,上下楼很不方便。尽管工作人员提供了帮助,但出入还是受限,对他们来说也不容易。
不愉快的经历
酒店总体来说还不错,床很舒服,房间很干净,早餐也还可以。停车位不够,有些车位现在被用作露天餐桌了。
