We stayed as guest with kids/ room sponsored by my family.@sector 21 holiday inn Panchkula We holded a platinum status with Holiday Inn and stayed in holiday In many-a-times both domestic and international in the past and always had a great experience. We never expected to have such an experience from a big brand like HOLIDAY INN. Sharing pics for your reference. Don’t get carried away by the fancy look they show you at the entrance , flashy and nice. Take a peek inside at the rooms. We couldn’t even complete our stay and decided to leave as soon as it was morning. I feel sorry for my family - they tried to give us the best experience and paid so much to make us feel special, holiday Inn disappointed them. I will not recommend this to any of my friends and family. Rooms needs major clean up, lights so dim, turn on the light and air conditioner you need help from staff - it’s hard to rule out such a simple stuff “How to turn on a light”. Holiday Inn failed to impress us.

A value for money stay with good service and food. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Serene surroundings. Buffet meals are good. Check in and check out were smooth. Room amenities were adequate. Hotel is easily accessible from the Zirakpur Kalka highway.

高尔夫景观房的设计简直糟糕透顶，视线还被垃圾处理区挡住了。总而言之，请不要选择这家酒店。
旁遮普邦昌迪加尔智选假日酒店靠近山区，如果您打算前往山区旅行，这里是您的理想选择。我们在这里住了一晚，员工非常友善和乐于助人。餐厅员工也同样非常友善、耐心且乐于助人。
酒店已经关门了。他们把我们安排到其他酒店去了。

可悲的经历 这家酒店适合情侣而不是家庭 洗手间没有锁或插销。客房服务达不到标准。我多次打电话给他们更换遥控器的电池。我花了 38k 住了 3 个房间，住了 2 天，这完全浪费了我辛苦赚来的钱。房间里没有茶包，这通常是所有酒店免费的，当我向他们要茶包时，他们手里拿着 3 个房间的 2 个茶包。没想到这么大的品牌会提供这样的服务。仍然住在这家酒店，很想看看他们是否将钱退给我。
服务很差，价格太高，而且服务很差。气氛不太好。房间没有维护，开关不起作用，洗手间很脏，洗手间的门坏了。如果你在客房餐厅点餐，你必须等你给他们打电话10次，仍然没有确认。
这是你能想到的最糟糕的招待方式，3点准时入住，但即使是3点也没有房间。:.工作人员很糟糕，他们甚至不提供房间里的基本设施，浪费钱..寻找其他选择
