The good abt the room and hotel was the location and the river view. The bad was having to kill a bug crawling on the ceiling and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The rooms definitely need to be remodeled.

The rooms were not as advertised in pictures. We were given the wrong room to begin with, when we entered the room there was a dead bug on the bed. We then got reassigned to what was to be our room we booked and it was supposed to be one of their renovated room, which was not the cased. The room was very dated and the tub was dirty among so many other issues. There is a door in between rooms and the neighbors were so loud we took an audio recording from across our room and took several complaints to the front desk. We ended up packing our vehicle that same night and left. Will keep posted on any and all refunds we requested and expect.

The rooms are dated and need some refurbishing. The parking garage leaks terribly. The heater at the lower level is up to high to see the control knobs.

It was a nice break for us, a short getaway. Our room needed updated. The rug had major staining but seemed cleaned. Tub was in bad shape. Service at the front desk was friendly and thorough. Don't but me with future lodging sales when i walk in the door though, calling or concierge.

The outside was nice by the river, convenient to town walking distance, but the pictures of the hotel online do not match the rooms at all, very old hotel. There was an adjoining door. People next door keep talking all night, you could hear them, There is no staira to 2nd floor just a steep ramp. Beds were clean, but very outdated, was very disappointed in our room for the $$ we paid. We will not be back.

Our room was Allright but no hot water barley warm and bathtub had so much hair in it it would not go down i had to Physically get in there with knife and Needle nosand pull the pound of hair and nasty crap out of it very disappointed in some points

Check in was good. First night between 11p and midnight the guest in the room that had a conjoining door woke my husband up yelling, hitting stuff and throwing things. The next day I stopped in at the front desk to make management know and they said sonce it was the moght before they couldnt do anything. I mentioned if they could have management or secruity make a few laps of the property to see if it happens again. They stated no and if it happens again to call the front desk. They said security is at another location and even if they would call security if we heard them the 2nd night we were there security would tell them to call the cops. Bacony door needs tlc we were in room 5247 and seen bugs in the bathroom a few times.
