房间宽敞，大床值得称赞，不仅床垫舒适，而且两人不会互相影响。唯一微瑕就是一次性shower cap实在太薄、很容易损坏。
谢谢每天仔细打扫卫生！
早餐很棒，健康丰富。当应邀填完客户问卷后，居然第二天早晨就按喜好添加了一份鱼而且送到桌上，这在其他酒店极少会有。
周边餐馆不多，建议酒店除了日式餐厅以外，再添加1-2家餐厅用于晚餐。
感谢酒店每一位员工，让我们再次爱上伊斯坦布尔。
落地第一天入住的酒店，因为转机一晚上没怎么睡好，所以到了酒店直接休息了。酒店离博斯普鲁斯海峡很近 房间阳台就能看到，房间卫生还有提升空间（比如阳台门的门缝），第一间有些卫生间的反味。服务员非常重视，立马换房并升级了房型。整体上都还不错！
物超所值。硬件设施没有问题，达得到这个级别酒店的标准。服务员态度好情商高英语普遍也很好。问询我们是来结婚的还准备了蛋糕。国内代理订房的话注意床数量。第一晚订成双人床了，第二天帮我们挪运行李到了大床房。
房间不错位置也好，靠近博斯普鲁斯海峡，但就是周边没有小馆子可以吃东西的，离独立大街有点远。适合在市区好好逛
一切都很棒……早餐和行政酒廊简直是绝了……员工很棒……房间很豪华……22楼的景色令人着迷。
好酒店。位置还行，但如果要去伊斯坦布尔的旅游景点就不是最理想了。房间和视野都很棒。房间里的浴室超赞！
首先，我要祝贺Serhat先生。他的沟通能力非常出色，经验丰富。前台的Hilal女士也总是非常友善和乐于助人。我妻子每次生日我们都住在这里，这次也一如既往地没有任何问题。酒店的人流量比平时要大。Eclipse酒吧在这种情况下会对住店客人关闭，我猜可能是为了举办婚礼或订婚之类的活动。平时有些客人可能不会或不能来这家酒店，但这次他们来了。不过这当然没有给我们带来任何不便。酒店员工素质非常高，他们把这些情况处理得很好。
一家非常棒的现代化酒店，地理位置绝佳。去哪里都非常方便……
我们住的房间很漂亮，景色也很棒。
我们还能使用行政酒廊，里面不时有美味的食物。
酒店非常干净，所有员工都很友好。
我一定会再次入住这家酒店的👍🏻
五星品质值得信赖，前台服务态度很好。房间宽敞干净，户外景色不错。早餐很丰富，可选择品种多，顶楼有酒吧和露台。
我来参加展会住的这家酒店简直糟透了。
早餐选择少得可怜，房间里弥漫着霉味。（你问是哪个房间？就是最豪华的海景房！）服务为零。唯一可取之处就是地理位置不错，除此之外一无是处。
