Worse than a halfway house. Stains on all the floors. Black burn marks on all the floors. Hair and dirt in the shower. Blood on the bed sheets. I couldn’t even stay here. I checked out at 2am and drove to the airport to sleep in my car because it was so disgusting

The room was dingy and dark. Needed a lot of maintenance and upkeep. Had to ask for towels. Had no soap. Fixtures were broken !

Room was not clean and smelled of **** and the carpet in the room was peeling up and loud noises during the night with people yelling in the hallways and opening and closing doors all night

房间地板和走廊上都是污渍。房间里弥漫着污渍的味道。房间里有之前住客的物品，所以房间没有打扫。淋浴间很脏，我不得不去一元店买拖鞋。毛巾短缺，前台也没有，所以我不得不多次寻找服务车。工作人员粗鲁无礼，态度冷淡。他们多收了我的卡100美元。无论如何都不要来这家酒店。

这家汽车旅馆看起来很现代，很时尚，但细节服务却很差。城里正举办大型古董车展，汽车旅馆里人头攒动。但这不应该成为缺少干净毛巾、浴室灯泡坏了、泡茶和喝热咖啡热水的原因。早餐没有餐巾纸、煎饼没有糖浆等小问题，加在一起给人的印象是管理层根本跟不上。白天的女主人很热情，尽力满足我们的要求，但似乎没有足够的工作人员来做其他工作。
不满意
浴室：一家四口只提供一套毛巾。浴缸有污渍，看起来很脏。淋浴间没有提供浴垫。
卧室：地毯需要吸尘。
早餐：早餐没有肉，而且被告知要到第二天才会补货。
我8:30到餐厅吃早餐，却被告知要关门了，尽管早餐应该9:00才结束。我不得不把冷藏室的锁打开才能拿到黄油。
还行吧
需要深度清洁和升级，尤其是浴缸和电梯，有点脏。抬头看到天花板灯里有东西在发光，是死老鼠还是什么？我不太喜欢50美元的禁烟押金，我本身不吸烟，但不确定酒店有没有这方面的规定。
需要翻新，但还行
这家酒店确实需要升级。地板污渍严重。泳池边只有几把餐椅。床很舒服。浴室还可以。早餐不错。地理位置绝佳。就在主要高速公路旁。步行即可到达，有很多餐饮选择。
到达酒店后，我们发现自己没有房间，尽管我们两天前就预订并确认了。
那天晚上很晚我们不得不另找住处。
