Clean, spacious room. Very comfortable stay. Staff polite and helpful. Very easy access to the beach. Slightly outside of town so limited selection of restaurants and cafes locally (recommend Goat & Tricycle pub down the road), but most of what you want is within 10 minutes' walk.
Breakfast is fairly expensive for a standard hotel buffet. Okay if staying for a night or two, but would suggest skipping the buffet and going to a local cafe if staying longer. Much better food (and better value!).

We felt that our stay exceed our expectations, all staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble! Excellent service, definitely would return!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back. I chose Best Western Hotel and Spa mainly because of the spa facilities and its proximity to the beach - really close. However, the area around was not safe especially evening time so better not to walk alone. Spa and facilities was great (the only disadvantage - no beds around the pool, only chairs). Breakfast was quite expensive (£15.00) if you pay at the reception desk however the selection was not that great - no meets or cheeses selection (only pork and no other alternatives), no fresh fruits and vegetables, coffee was bitter as well. However, for extra £5.00 you can have delicious eggs Royale. The first room we checked in was not good at all (we were for 4 nights), it was with a view on the parking on the first floor with a super small bathroom. When I mentioned upon check in I prefer room on the higher floor, receptionist Josh told us we can move tomorrow to another room, as he cannot swap rooms around at that time. Later on the day, he said there are no rooms available at all to move since the hotel is fully booked but it was my partner’s birthday and we were there for 4 nights, so we were really frustrated that such a bad room was allocated for us in the first place. Luckily, the next day, lady reception manager moved us to a much better room with a big bathroom and facing the garden. Other team members were more friendly, Candida at reception, Iris and Rob at the restaurant. Thanks to them. No fridge in the room.

The breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff were excellent, Yuko on reception and Tom who looked after us with afternoon tea, where both exceptional and a credit to the hotel, both were very professional and polite. The afternoon tea was superb, and the bar lounge area was very comfortable in front of an open fire Parking felt safe, we had a Horsebox which was cater for.

我们特意预订了这家酒店来庆祝我们的周年纪念日，他们用花瓣装饰了床，这是一个很不错的细节。酒店本身很好，但房间有点过时，马桶也很脏。有很多缺点确实破坏了我们短暂的住宿体验。我们预订这家酒店主要是为了水疗设施，特别是按摩浴缸，但我们到达之前它就坏了，酒店也没有通知我们，否则我们就会预订别家酒店了，而且在我们整个住宿期间都没有修好。游泳池还行，但不太干净，我感觉泳池底部有污垢。
在我们住宿的最后一晚，我们没有水了，我妻子又怀孕了，所以我去找了值夜班的门房，要了一瓶水，他们每天都免费提供水，但他却说不能给我，只能从酒吧卖给我一瓶，我觉得这太荒谬了。房间里没有冰箱，所以我们无法买水并冷藏。
停车费是每天10英镑，我认为这应该包含在住宿费中。
除了这些，酒店员工都很友好，但我下次可能会考虑其他地方。以我们支付的价格来看，我确实对酒店期望更高。
单人房真的太小了。

酒店外有停车位，价格实惠，每天只需10个停车位。离海滩很近。周围环境噪音小。窗帘遮光。床上用品干净。枕头舒适。床品舒适（不软不硬）。游泳池交通便利。提供临时按摩服务。晚上酒吧不错。酒吧区很漂亮。按摩室也很棒。缺点：所有东西都破旧不堪。损坏严重。早餐很简陋。
