1) Rooms can use a paint on walls where things were removed from walls
2) carpet in front of gym area was completely saturated for our weeklong stay which brings concerns for mold
3) For some reason staff insists on putting people in rooms directly beside your room even if the hotel is empty. We had someone next to us every night while many rooms were vacant doors away
4) This hotel charged card on file literally every day we stayed even though I booked through 3rd party I had $580 charged daily to my card on file & desk clerk couldn’t tell me why. Credit company froze my card due to strange activity.
5) Staff is very good for most part, GM is knowledgeable on book style mgmt just lacks hiring the proper sub mgmt to ensure specific tasks get done such as drying the carpet in front of gym area etc. Proper scheduling& task delegation would benefit this property immensely. At least 10 cleaning staff but no one to dry the weeklong puddle in front of gym & freshen area up where it smelled like mildew.

Room was nice. Staff was nice. Hot tub was in horrible condition, unusable. We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Disappointed. Shower was lukewarm.

Dress your employees more professional, a half shirt is highly unprofessional at the front desk.
They should be at the front desk and people should not have to “ring bell for service”. Lazy!!

酒店房间大环境不错
酒店靠近高速公路，附近有餐馆、酒吧和加油站，选择很多，我很喜欢！前台员工非常友善和乐于助人。我们房间通往泳池的后门太棒了！房间和床铺都很干净舒适💜
我不知道整家酒店都对宠物友好，如果我知道的话，因为我的过敏症我就不会选择住在这里了。网上并没有明确标注这一点。我到酒店时也不知道需要支付150美元的押金，我来之前就已经付过房费了。酒店的位置有点让人摸不着头脑，因为它在一家加油站、酒吧和快餐免下车餐厅的后面。酒店部分区域还在施工，部分停车场关闭了。这让客人很难找到停车位。不过，房间本身很干净、很新、也很宽敞。我也不知道早餐不包含在内，尽管大堂有咖啡。
我觉得即使是不会说英语的日本人也能在这里安心入住。酒店旁边有餐厅和加油站，很方便。当然，开车出去不远也能找到各种设施。
路过可以住一晚，问题不大
停车场很大。附近的道路很繁忙。房间状况干净。大堂工作人员将立即为您提供帮助。
