I had a couple of requests since i was staying for 5 days. The General Manager, was very accomodating. The room was clean and quiet.

Easy to get in and out of nice parking. We stayed at this property at at least two times a year for the last few years, seems to be going down a little bit. Our security door bolt on the inside of the door was broken and the deadbolt that latch seem like it was barely touching. It could’ve been jammed with a screwdriver probably got right into the room I took pictures and showed the person at the front desk and he said I could change rooms tomorrow, which was out of the question at the time, I think next time we’re gonna stay somewhere else seems like the breakfast is always the same exact stuff. Thank you very much. You ask. I told you it wasn’t terrible though and it was reasonable.
靠近机场比较方便，可以打电话喊接驳车，酒店人员很nice
酒店性价比不错，设施好，比较干净卫生，离Reno机场开车三分钟。早餐有咖啡 waffles 水果 面包 香肠 吃的还不错

这次住的一楼，感觉比二楼房间更舒适。
还不错，早餐可以，免费酒店往返机场接送
每个人都很友好，房间也很干净。距离机场 5 分钟路程，价格也不错，唯一的抱怨是我们的电视已经过时了，一半的屏幕都有蓝色色调，不过我们来这里不是为了看电视，所以这不是什么大问题。
我经常旅行，来 Luoi 绝对不会错。经理很棒，所有员工都很棒。他们热情地接待了我们，即使知道我们行程安排有问题，也允许我们提前入住。超级干净！这简直是一颗隐藏的宝石。
第一个房间烟味很重，我要求换房间后，不得不下楼处理所有事情。然后，隔壁房间的空调整晚都发出可怕的噪音，楼上的邻居肯定养了100只狗。
