In terms of the deposit: We usually take it from all guests who have not paid in advance and stay longer than one night. It is also helpful for the guests as a form of cashless payment within the hotel (e.g. for drinks). We have also had some issues with our payment terminal so if not necessary and while having a busy Front Office, we would sometimes not request it. 因为这次出差离得近所以选了这家酒店，好像已经重复订过好几次了，酒店服务及卫生一如既往好，下次出差还选这家
宽敞干净的房间，还有浴缸。没什么可抱怨的，就是我退房那天客房清洁服务来得太晚了，没能及时打扫好。
软硬件性价比很高，服务不咋滴
整体很满意，环境很好房间很大，而且距离地铁站也很近。卫生也很棒，服务也不错，前台英文都特别好。就是有点奇怪这个押金问题，我和朋友四个人入住两个屋子，她比我早到一天，但是他们就没有收押金，但是对我们收了押金，所以我感觉这个押金政策不是很透明，希望可以透明一些～
