We stayed in Unit 100 on the ground floor at the back of the property overlooking the pool. It was a well appointed spacious one bedroom, easy access from the laneway (no stairs). There is a set of stairs down to the free carpark under the building that is very close to the apartment, or you are able to walk up the carpark driveway to avoid stairs. The apartment is very quiet, there is air conditioner noise on the deck and in the pool area but to be expected when you’re located in the centre of town. The reception is in the laneway next to the jewellers, a black phone is on the wall if reception is unattended for checking in. There are many lovely restaurants close by, walking distance to all the shops, markets, 4 Mile Beach and Flagstaff Hill walkway. We really enjoyed our stay.

THE ROOM WAS QUITE SMALL , AND CLEAN BUT VERY DATED AND IN NEED OF AN UPGRADE. NOT A TRUE HOTEL AS NO DAILY CLEANING ETC. NO OPENING WINDOWS AND NO RECEPTION OR LOUNGE . BATHROOM IN SERIOUS NEED OF A REFURB. ONLY REDEEMING FEATURE IS LOCATION. ALSO NO ELEVATOR AND STAIRS A BORE.

I did not like the limited power in the room because I use a CPA. I think the bed would be better rotated 90 degrees. The shower twists it should be installed better

Great location with standard features but our room was noisy (especially sitting on the veranda) and a bit dusty. Choose this for a family-friendly room right on Macrossan Street.

Pros: Very Central location Close to restaurants, supermarket etc Comfortable beds Parking available which is a huge plus because of the location. Full kitchen and laundry in some rooms Close to departure for reef cruises Cons: No person to check in onsite Rooms a little dated and tired Depending on your room location it could be quite noisy at night due to the close proximity of the pubs and clubs. Synopsis: Good hotel in ideal location in Port Douglas Would I stay here again? Yes absoultely, but get the room with the kitchen, you will save a fortune on eating out

Central location, walking distance to most shops, restaurant & beach. Noise from exhaust fan & cooking smells from pub below was unpleasant at times when sitting outside. No door to the toilet/bathroom which was odd & would probably prevent us staying again.

行李升降机坏了，上下楼梯拖着行李很不方便。楼梯踏板很窄。我们没有看到任何人，所以工作人员没有提供帮助。像我们这样有 21 个人的大型聚会，需要有人帮忙。
房间只有 16 平方米，而不是网站上和我的确认信息上所述的 42 平方米。当场我的投诉没有得到任何处理。任何走过房间的人都可以直接看到里面，所以你必须关上百叶窗。在黑暗的鞋盒里而不是在宽敞的房间里度过了六晚。
