My comfort is everything to me and I was very comfortable here. The outside does not match the inside. It was very roomy and clean. The only negative is that there is no channels on the tv. But I wanted to be somewhere clean and I definitely got that. Had a good nights rest.

The room was not well-kept. There was noticeable dirt, grime, and rust. The chair was so filthy that you couldn’t sit in it. The sink had a crack in it.

This was the #1 worst hotel experience of my life. I killed over 20 cockroaches in my room in one night. One crawled on me while I was in bed, They were everywhere - in tub, sink, bed, and even a dead one in the fridge. On top of that the mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows flat. No amenities like even being able to make hot water in the room. When i got hot water from reception it had dirt in it. Reception was not kind about me leaving a day early - didn't even acknowledge what i said. Directed me to ******* - acted like I wasn't there sitting in the room when ******* called. Said management needed to handle the cancelling, but made no effort.

There was no body wash or tissues in the room. When after sending a text and telling the front desk, these issues were still not addressed. Also kind of a sketchy place and felt unsafe.
