There were several homeless individuals walking around the building, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This significantly impacted my decision, and overall, I was very disappointed that the environment did not feel secure or welcoming.

My key card apparently didn’t work and I have to have a security or a staff member to get me inside my room every time I leave. I got a call from the front desk before I was checking out saying this room was not supposed to be available and they didn’t know the name of who was staying in it! No wonder why my key card didn’t work! It’s super unorganized and inconvenient

我深夜从机场抵达酒店。酒店很大,但只有两部电梯,而我的房间离电梯特别远。我不得不拖着行李走了很长一段路才到房间。结果房卡又打不开门,我只好又拎着行李下楼去找前台。
一位工作人员上来给了我一把手动钥匙,因为他自己也打不开门。我问他要一张新的房卡,因为我还没吃晚饭,想下楼找点吃的。他说他会很快回来把新卡给我,但当时我一个人待在房间里感觉很不舒服,尤其是酒店看起来住客不多。
窗外有只巨大的蟑螂,泳池也很脏。我整个入住期间都没有客房服务。
酒店很干净,员工24小时都在岗,酒店内停车收费。不过位置有点偏僻。
就空调太吵了
我不知道即使预付了房费,也需要信用卡。
如果没有其他酒店客人的帮助,作为一个单身女性在国外旅行,我可能不得不在酒店过夜,因为这是酒店的规定。
无论酒店多么干净,我都觉得这种做法不可接受,因为我身上带了很多现金。
此外,刚到酒店后很难评价。到目前为止,我只去过前台,几乎完全失败。退房后再要求评价会更明智。
