When we arrived, the check-in person (name?) told us our room was not ready, so she gave us a coupon for two drinks AND upgraded our room, without us asking! The upgraded room was very large and nice, as were the two drinks!

-Several electrical outlets didn’t work, nor did some of the lamps.
-zero housekeeping services, after 4 days, we had towels piled up, trash overflowing…
-staff was very nice, professional, but appeared understaffed( took some doing to get extra towels)
-refrigerator cabinet door was broken
-constant drip in shower on a metal plate made for an annoying sound
- multiple dogs barking incessantly( left in rooms I’m guessing)
这家酒店真的很不错。我们刚到的时候，他们给我们的房间没有完全打扫干净。我们立刻下楼，他们就给我们换了房间，还给了我们饮品券作为补偿。酒店离比尔街大概步行10分钟，附近有很多餐馆，酒店里也有一家很棒的餐厅。我下次还会选择住在这里。
我通过电子邮件要求一间位于大楼后面的安静房间，以便听不到非常吵闹的道路声音，接待员告诉我可以做到......分配给我的房间可以俯瞰吵闹的道路。
淋浴间的地板上满是脏兮兮的脚印。地板很粘......总之，这不是你来这里时所期望的。
住宿体验还不错。我没有机会与任何工作人员交谈或获得帮助。
很好，坚固，而且价格不太贵。
位于市中心的优质酒店，价格非常合理。我会在孟菲斯再次预订。

Great location, but likely not stay here again.
