Awful service. Booked and paid for a room in full well in advance. Call at 9pm on the evening of stay to be told that due to ‘overselling’ the room I had booked was not available. A last minute scramble was then made to find accommodation. Was booked in to a travelodge a further 30 minutes drive away. Upon raising a complaint afterwards told that this was part of their policy and so no refund/compensation would be issued. After pushing further offers £20 compensation despite the rooms at the hotel I eventually stayed at being at a much lower rate. Absolutely terrible experience, would not recommend Travelodge to anyone.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is small but well kept, with comfy beds and everything you need for a smooth visit. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. Having the pub next door was handy too!

Great staying at Fontwell Park. Lovely fresh rooms. It’s a newly refurbished hotel. Excellent staff , polite and friendly. There are nearby food options. Great location.

We stayed there from 1st till 3rd of march Disappointed the bed wasn’t comfortable and think it should have a little fridge in there to store milk, drinks etc Staff were all lovely and welcoming and was nice to get away for a couple of days😊

This hotel is lovely and clean, recently renovated too, the staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Room was also very clean, and we didn't experience any noise issues. Great hotel for trips to Chichester and Arundel.

Great experience staying at this hotel. Excellent location, has a walking distance to a Coop Food. There is a KFC, Burger King and a Shell gas station right up the road. The Old Stable Pub and restaurant is right outside the hotel that has excellent food. All the staff at the hotel has been friendly and helpful, especially the manager. She has been a delight to talk to and always greats me with a friendly smile. The room is clean and spacious. 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again.

有些房间，包括我们住的这间，离两条A级公路的交汇处都很近，所以整晚交通都很吵。我们得开着窗户，因为没有空调，只有一个老旧的风扇！工作人员说大楼另一边的房间更安静，但我对此表示怀疑，因为“赛车小子”们的轮胎一直发出刺耳的尖叫声，一直到凌晨一点左右。我知道这应该是一家“经济型”酒店，但住了三个晚上，只睡了几个小时，实在不值得省下这笔钱。
我们周末去巴特林斯玩，住在这里。我们分配到的房间对我和我的孩子们来说足够宽敞。价格合理，物有所值。由于这是一家两星级酒店，我们并没有期待什么奢华。工作人员友好且乐于助人。然而，酒店的清洁度还有待提高——尤其是窗帘和淋浴间，它们不太干净。
以Premier Inn的价格来说，这家酒店真是糟糕透了。里面和外面都很吵。水槽有裂痕，浴室配件摇摇晃晃。床也不太舒服。
