We had some issues with our house and had to leave immediately. We have 2 dogs and no where would take us . Fortunately this travel lodge accepted dogs and for a small charge we could keep them with us in our room . The amazing manager Monica was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask . All of the staff are very friendly . What is a very stressful and upsetting time for myself , partner and daughter they have made us feel very welcome while we are staying here .

I looked into booking a room here for Friday 12th December 2025 and was told the price would be £38 for the night. When I changed my mind and decided on Saturday 13th instead, I was told the price would now be £102 ......WHY ??? It's the same room, why is it suddenly costing 70 POUNDS MORE??

Paige was very quick to check me in on arrival and very professional..... Room spotless thanks to Anais and everything was wonderful.... Thoroughly recommend as bed so big and comfortable

Staff are exceptional, really kind and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone! I have stayed a few times at this hotel and each experience has been positive.
