Well, I got served by "lovely" Tania and I couldn't ask for more. She was lovely from when she walked in and gave me first class customer service. Thanks Tania...you are a star!

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Tanya and Dionne very helpful in morning as were staff the night before.

The staff made it a lovely stay. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, friendly and considerate. Tania and Sam were great in the evening, and the lady helping out at breakfast the next day (sadly didn't catch her name) helped us out and was polite with it. The criticism I have of the hotel was a cracked bathroom sink, and as ever (it is a systemic problem and not a singular hotel one, is that accessible rooms are so far from the lift. Despite that, we had a good stay.

First time in a Travelodge and must say a vey pleasant experience. It was clean and food was good. A good location for lakeside shopping and for getting to London as the station was close. The staff was friendly and provided a good atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble. The good thing was that not one member of staff stood as that shows a good working relationship between them all and makes for an even better relationship.
