Where to start: Firstly this is not a 3 star Hotel more like 1 or 1/2. Glad we didn't go all inclusive only b&b for 2 weeks as the food was terrible, buffet served every meal time and was bland and had no taste whatsoever we barely managed to eat breakfast and as we didn't know there was nothing around we paid around 55TDN or £7 per person 3 times we tried and gave up and ended going 30 minutes walk to nearby restaurant La Scala or walking 15 minutes to train station and paying around 20p to go into Monastir to eat. There was meant to be 3 bars only 1 was open all the time and that was for all inclusive guests and if you wanted a beer you had to go to the other bar which no one sat in only the staff seemed to sit in there and watch TV. The promise of WiFi was like dial up connection and the only place it worked was reception so everyone who wanted to go online would sit in reception area. The aircon in room never worked at all and, the daily cleaning consisted of towels being folded and beds being made and give 2 toilet rolls. No sweeping or mopping at all. We got new towels on our last day after 2 weeks. Look at pictures and the marks on walls were there when we arrived, the first time I've ever experienced a swing toilet door. One door to both the toilet and bathroom. There was poo from a cat or small animal in the communal mens toilet cubical next to swimming pool for 3 days and they even threw bleach on the floor in and around urinals but didn't clean the poo. They blast out music from around 11am and in the evening start again after dinner around 8pm and they only seem to put on a show when new guests arrive by coach. There is literally nothing around you can walk 10-15 minutes and take train to sousse or Monastir the trains run every hour but finish just before 9pm. The only plus side is the beach is 100m behind hotel and shallow water for about 400m and white sand but this hotel doesn't clean it's part properly you can see other hotels do. One night was very windy and next morning there was tons of sea **** all along the beach,but it only took them 4 days to clear it. Very poor dirty outdated hotel that could be lovely if ran correctly, too many people not doing anything for amount of guests it had. The only reason I would give it 1 star is some of the staff were friendly the man on the reception in the evenings was very friendly and helpful.

列出的酒店设施与实际完全不符。没有零食，没有池畔酒吧，滑梯已经破旧，只有一部分在使用，一块空地曾经是儿童俱乐部，体育设施年久失修，给我们的房间看起来像是紧急情况房间（推拉窗坏了，灯坏了，尤其是蚂蚁成灾。床垫非常糟糕）餐厅没有给人留下非常卫生的印象，品种也很少。我们要求为早起的旅行提供盒装午餐，但那天早上没有安排，我们费了很大劲才给全家提供一瓶水和一些干面包卷。对于我们打扫房间的友好而乐于助人的女士，我无话可说。救援人员确实努力让孩子们活跃起来。无线网络很糟糕，只有接待处很慢。
我能说什么好呢？？？除了酒吧和餐厅的工作人员以及距离机场很近，可以步行到达，另一方面，海滩非常脏（海滩上存放着垃圾），瓶装水需要收费（1 第纳尔或 2.2 欧元），即使是全包的，我也忘了在梳妆台上找零（9.2 第纳尔），当我回来时，什么也没有？？？房间里有蚂蚁，它们的巢穴在暖气/空调管道里，当你进入房间时，你会看到墙上有成千上万只蚂蚁，这非常令人印象深刻，我理解腿上无数的咬痕，房间里没有冰箱，不适合行动不便的人（床很低，要爬楼梯才能到餐厅放婴儿车，娱乐活动非常复杂？？？幸运的是，外部工作人员有电话可以消磨时间，走廊里的地毯应该立即更换，很脏，很破旧
首先，我们和我 15 岁的女儿以及其他家人一起于晚上 8 点到达。地板上没有灯，没有空调，地板上有香烟，人们在里面吸烟。此外，接待员卖掉了我们所有的房间，以不专业的方式与我们交谈，并且明显把我们赶了出去，即使天很黑而且我们已经提前预订了房间（我们有预订文件）。幸运的是，我们找到了另一家比帕尔米拉金沙滩更好的酒店，它很热情地欢迎我们。我根本不推荐它，避免它！
工作人员非常友好，食物也很棒！没有多余的问题，我们所有的建议都得到了满足！我妈妈过生日，工作人员让她感觉很特别。还准备了蛋糕和玫瑰。我们强烈推荐这家酒店！

一个非常棒的酒店，房间很干净，景色一流，食物也很棒！！！它种类繁多，一切都很美味 3 个大型游泳池 最重要的是，员工热情欢迎，每个人都面带微笑，乐于助人 我爱上了这家酒店
