Hotel is in a great location, with restaurant next door. Room was lovely and clean, bed comfy. Staff were great and really couldn’t do enough for you! Laraine the manager is very friendly and Lauren had great local knowledge. Thank you for a lovely stay

Stayed here for a business meeting and couldn’t fault my stay. All of the staff were accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again for any future trips.

The kitchen had an issue and we didn't get the breakfast that we were so looking forward to. But that's fine, there was a leak and you couldn't fix it in time and I appreciate these things happen. What really is not OK is the parking charge. Its outrageous that you charged me £7 for the night and somehow had the audacity to paint it as "discounted, exclusive premiere Inn customer charge", how pathetic!! That's what most Londo car parks charge in Greater London for nearly a day. And I'm in the middle of nowhere in Somerset and you charge me £7 a night!! So typical, just fleece the living life out of a paying customer and pretend as if that's Ok! Stop fleecing your customers! £7 parking charge a night is outrageous, there are other ways you could make money by adding value to a paying customer. Not rob them this way! And please have someone to answer the phone when customers call. Your AI assistant is not fit for purpose and the phone was repeatedly cut off, I called 3 times! When I finally checked in, the person at the reception called me "mate". I'm not his mate, maybe put some training in place to teach your staff some professional manners!

We arrived and in our room there was a valentines goody bag for my son with a hat, colouring, bubbles and keyring so thoughtful thank you.

We stayed over night after attending a family event nearby and arrived after a very long day, we then had to check in via a machine which to say the least wasn’t easy which immediately sullied the experience for me. I just wanted to get in the room hopefully via a friendly helpful receptionist. When we did get in the room all seemed well, looked clean, smart and tidy but next morning as we were leaving we found a plastic bottle just under the bed. Parking overnight was £7 but a decent car park. Breakfast was plentiful next door in Brewers Fayre but not great. Overall value for money at £59 for a Friday night excluding breakfast.
