The bathroom had a persistent and very horrible smell throughout our stay. Although staff attended and sprayed air freshener, this only masked the issue for an hour or two before it returned and remained until checkout. We were also turned away from breakfast because we hadn’t pre-booked, which was unexpected as this hasn’t been required at other Premier Inn hotels, even during busy periods. The restaurant staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. Overall, this stay fell well below the standard we expect from Premier Inn.

不推荐在天气热的时候入住。酒店官网说有空调，但我们房间肯定没有。窗户不能打开，所以没有新鲜空气或凉风，导致我们和孩子们都睡不好，早上起来孩子和大人心情都很糟糕。
我们入住时洗手间剩的厕纸很少，所以去要了一次，结果还得再去要第二次。
来这里是为了探望家人。住得很愉快。房间干净，停车方便，员工也很乐于助人。下次还会再来。
浴室和水槽里有毛发，显然没有清理干净。
住宿环境很棒，早餐也很美味。
优点：酒店总体干净，客房清洁人员彬彬有礼，乐于助人，接待人员很专业，总是面带微笑地打招呼。房间与广告一致，所以他们会满足你的期望。马路对面有一家大型乐购超市，营业至中午 12 点，还有加油站。缺点：如果你的房间在一楼，那么你会听到楼上客人在他们房间里走动的声音，除此之外没有其他噪音。周末夜班的工作人员（两个男人）要么在外面吸烟，要么趴在桌子上睡觉，要么戴着耳机打手机，他们甚至不会抬头看你一下，那你就算幸运了。他们也不穿合适的制服，他们不让你有宾至如归的感觉，破坏了其他工作人员的辛勤工作。我见过女夜班工作人员擦窗户、吸尘、拖地、熨衣服和清空外面的垃圾桶，而这两个男人什么也不做。
接待员非常热情，为我们提供了无微不至的照顾。到达后，他们给了我们的女儿一份小礼物，虽然有点特别，但她非常喜欢。当她丢失了这份礼物时，工作人员竭尽全力确保她得到了补偿。
