The pub is not linked to the hotel. The hotel was built before the houses we will look into providing nets in the rooms at the back of the premises.

I always receive a warm welcome here. Professional helpful and friendlystaff , nothing is ever to much trouble . The rooms are always clean fresh and tidy , look forward to staying again .

We've stayed at this Travelodge previously when in the area visiting family. The room we were allocated was clean and comfortable, and the staff as always were lovely. The only downside was that we were allocated a room next to reception, this meant every time people went outside for a cigarette we were disturbed, both by the noise and the smell outside our window. Although this is advertised as a non smoking hotel, as we had our window open, our room stank of cigarettes. Perhaps guests could be asked to smoke in the carpark opposite or away from the building. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this Travelodge.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge Northwich Lostock Gralam and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. The room was spotless, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this Travelodge to anyone visiting the area - a great place to stay and I’ll definitely be returning.

I hadn’t stayed in a Travelodge for years due to a poor experience. I decided to try this hotel based on the price / availability. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room and hotel. A huge leap forward in terms of guest experience. From the reception to the room, even the quality of the carpet was noticeable. Nicely styled room, spotlessly clean, great shower & a comfy bed plus a quiet location. It was rather like staying at their Purple competitor but for half the price! Remarkable value for money. Travelodge are definitely back on my list.

A very nice little room, a lovely walking shower, which I find handy being an older lady. I would have given a higher star rating but for 1 thing - THERE ARE NO NETS IN THE GROUND-FLOOR ROOMS. There is a house at the back who could look straight into my room if they wanted, also I have seen at least 4 people walk past! In this day and age it's not very good. I don't want to leave the curtain shut all the time.

The room was clean and bed good but staying for 3 nights the room only a few coat hangers and no shelves or drawers for clothes. We didn’t expect to have to live out of suitcase. Arriving back at hotel on one afternoon we were met by 3 security guards and quizzed about our names and were we booked in. In spite of requests we were not told the reason for there presence and when we returned later that evening they were still there. As you can imagine this caused concern for a couple of pensioners. They were gone next morning but it did play on our minds and cause a restless night.
