Housekeeping was terrible Not thorough and came at 3:45pm when I asked for early clean and was gone at 7:15 am. This was repeated several times. Inefficient vacuuming, didn’t replace waters and didn’t properly refill coffee supplies. O have stayed here MANY times and this stay was far from the best

The room was great as usual. However, no one serviced the room on Saturday. I did share this the front desk. Look forward to my next stay in February

I always stay here when so travel to Nashville. Staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful and close to everything!

The staff was very polite and accommodating. You have to pay an additional fee for parking in an attached garage. Nice rooftop abc fitness center.

Rooms clean and up-to-date and food was great and staff was so very professional helpful and very friendly!!!

this was a nice quiet hotel ...we ha a quick stay...but this is a nice area of Nashville. The room was clean and bed was great! I like the shower glass door and not a curtain...but the towel hook was in the wrong area and you couldn't grab you towel without opening the door and stepping out of the shower. The only other negative was the water pressure was lousy.

Paris was wonderful at front desk. Friendly and helpful with her beautiful smile.
Ashley at the bar was fun to chat with, makes good cocktails. Had good recommendations for places to go.
