The receptionist was extremely helpful during the check-in process. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and his kind, welcoming smile made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it very convenient for travel and nearby attractions.

I’ve stayed here a lot over the last few months both solo & with family. Every single time is outstanding. The staff are so friendly and so helpful nothing is too much trouble. Filipe particularly is so great. Rooms are clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast, good selection. It’s really conveniently located.

Good location, car parking is available not too far away and about a 10 min walk to the rail station, with regular trains into London Waterloo. Clean rooms with the option of daily cleaning if you need it and the staff we did see were friendly and attentive.

Self check out didn’t work,Had to wait for staff member to come out of the restaurant to check us in.Bath had black hairs in it & no hot water from sink tap.Skirting board badly needs repainting.
早餐丰盛，楼下就是超市和中餐厅，不远处有商场和商圈，步行几分钟就到了，购物和就餐都很方便。就是酒店的免费的wifi有点慢，收费的要5镑/天。
在这里住一两晚放松一下太棒了。前台工作人员非常乐于助人，还让我提前办理了入住。如果我再来这个地区，肯定会再选择这里。
自助式服务，但您也能轻松获得工作人员的帮助。

一次非常愉快的经历，餐厅的那个人非常友好，脸上总是挂着微笑。阿尤布的工作非常专业。食物很好吃，尤其是鸡肉汉堡我很喜欢。卧室很干净。除了空调外，一切都井然有序。
