交通出行方便,下高速就是,周围有一个意大利餐厅和汉堡店,距离美国人社区也不远,停车方便。
13分钟开车到strong博物馆。停车免费,很方便。
我觉得他们应该有24小时清洁人员,因为我下午4点入住,他们把房间弄得一团糟,浴室他们都没动过,毛巾也很脏。我跟客房服务人员沟通了情况,他们也没派人来打扫,但我还是不得不向他们要干净的毛巾。
他两次以上都没把毛巾送到房间,我们不得不自己去找,清洁过程非常糟糕。
这地方看起来不错——我来城里参加家庭聚会,可惜没能体验到酒店的很多便利设施。我到得早,房间还没准备好,这还好。酒店告诉我房间准备好后会给我短信或电话通知,但我从来没收到过。所以后来的家庭聚会我也没去,因为我想赶在天黑前回去办理入住手续,把行李搬到房间里。我不想失去房间,因为我听说过这种情况——不是在这里,而是在其他地方。我不使用酒店应用程序,所以打电话或发短信对我来说是必须的。
短暂的住宿体验很棒。房间区域非常安静。房间布置精美、干净,提供洗漱用品,我自己也用过。早餐很棒——有很多选择。我喜欢随时提供咖啡。退房也很方便。
以后再来这附近我还会住这里。
