我们很享受在酒店的住宿，住宿和入住都很便捷。然而，我对酒店在入住期间遇到的一个问题迟迟不予回复感到非常失望。我们打电话到前台购买了餐食，然后下楼用我的个人信用卡付款。不久之后，前台就打电话给我们，说我们需要下楼退款，因为厨房工作人员都走了。我们下楼后，他们说无法退款，会尽快回复我。如果账单不是63.49美元，问题可能就不大了，但我已经联系了4个人，但都没有得到任何帮助。我非常失望，不得不与我的信用卡公司合作，以解决我账户上的这笔费用。这真是不必要的麻烦，而且非常令人沮丧。酒店本身还不错，健身房也很不错，但这次事件确实影响了我对这家酒店的印象。
