False advertising for many amenities that were listed on Expedia’s site. There is no parking, there is no limousine service, the restaurant and bar is closed. There is no room service.
I want my money back!

The room was large, attractive, and clean, but the TV was iffy and required a lot of work. The guide and channel selection options didn’t work, so I had to hand scroll through them all to write a list of my favorites. The cc function was wacky, blocking almost the entire screen with a black rectangle that allowed tiny captions at the bottom.
The fitness center is a great space - the biggest of any hotel gym I’ve ever seen - but has almost nothing in it for a quick, complete workout. It was as if someone who’d never in their life worked out just figured they should throw in some expensive looking things for online advertising, but no practical purpose.
And finally, why I will never return to this hotel. I was told by the somewhat disinterested man who checked me in that my breakfast was prepaid and available until 11 am and the same by by phone by the woman who took my room service order that night.
But when I appeared at 10:35 am the next morning, I was told almost gleefully by a different man at the counter that breakfast was not possible, as the kitchen was closed due to slow business. Slow business in a hotel with glacial customer service instincts. Close the kitchen, buy don’t bother to tell prepaid customers.
In the exchange that followed, this guy’s solution to my protest was to repeat over and over again,“Have you always been this way? Have you always been this way? Have you always been this way?“ So no help, but plenty of judgment.

The room was very clean, however our outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and due to the time we had between checking into our room and going to dinner we weren’t able to report it. Regardless we enjoyed our stay!!!

服务迟钝 - 服务令人失望
我们很享受在酒店的住宿,住宿和入住都很便捷。然而,我对酒店在入住期间遇到的一个问题迟迟不予回复感到非常失望。我们打电话到前台购买了餐食,然后下楼用我的个人信用卡付款。不久之后,前台就打电话给我们,说我们需要下楼退款,因为厨房工作人员都走了。我们下楼后,他们说无法退款,会尽快回复我。如果账单不是63.49美元,问题可能就不大了,但我已经联系了4个人,但都没有得到任何帮助。我非常失望,不得不与我的信用卡公司合作,以解决我账户上的这笔费用。这真是不必要的麻烦,而且非常令人沮丧。酒店本身还不错,健身房也很不错,但这次事件确实影响了我对这家酒店的印象。
