Card key sensor didn’t work and had to wait until maintenance guy came back. The closest stairs had cracks and were blocked. We had to use the stairs further down and very inconvenient to bring the luggage upstairs. Egg for breakfast had processed cheese and tasted terrible.

This was my second time staying at this location, the room was clean, staff was friendly, they offer cucumber mint water and lemon water which is super refreshing. Their complimentary breakfast is very good with a nice variety.
September 2025- the jacuzzi was not in working order which is my only negative comment. Will definitely be back!

Comfort Inn at Bishop… not comfortable.
The hotel does not have an elevator, this is not communicated in the listing.
Several older couples including ourselves had to carry our luggage up the stairs… not easy.
Suggest they
Install a lift
Provide a porter
Communicate the lack of an elevator so that older people can book their room downstairs.
As an aside the stairs closest to the lobby are in ill repair and shut down… needs to be addressed asap.
They should add an additional ice maker by the lobby.

泳池和热水浴缸都关了，我们付了钱才住在这里。房间真的没什么特别的。电视机坏了，冰箱房间飘出一股味道，像是里面死了什么东西。我好心地请*******客服联系经理，但她试图询问时，舒适酒店的员工态度很不好，然后就挂断了电话。
第二天早上，工作人员很友好，早餐也很好，但是天哪……我们付了190英镑，这家酒店真的不值这个价的一半，因为你得不到你付的钱，而且你问的时候，他们还挂断了电话。
总的来说，体验不太好。我以前住过舒适酒店，但这家位于毕晓普的酒店需要诚实的评价。泳池看起来好像关闭了好几年了，所以他们真的应该在房源信息上更新一下。
早餐和早班工作人员的服务真的很到位。他们做得很好，但这真的是我们住宿期间唯一的优点。
