这个酒店入住非常满意，感觉像新装修没多久的．床很舒服
也非常干净．服务品质也挺高．当天晚上到达酒店比较晚了，服务员帮忙办理入住，还帮我们把车停在停车区．帮忙拿行李．很热情
酒店地理位置没得说，离福克斯冰川徒步集合点最近的酒店，窗外就是冰川山脉。
服务有点差……一开始给我们的房间wifi信号不好，我们向前台反映，前台竟然说从没有过这样的抱怨，表示不相信……我都无语了……
好在最后给我们换了另一间靠中心的房间，也是解决了wifi的问题。
福克斯小镇的星级酒店，酒店餐饮不错，服务非常周道，特别点赞前台Joseph,非常友善乐于帮助，我们度过了愉快的三天两晚。
感谢携程的工作人员，帮助我们退掉了一间房。因为同行的一位老先生摔伤，不能前往。携程工作人员帮我们反复协调，酒店方终于同意退掉了老先生预定的房间。

酒店就在福克斯冰川直升机集合出发地点旁边，入住后可以徒步走过来。我们来的时候因为下雨所以没能成行，但是酒店本身还不错，房间很大，唯一的缺点是水压很小，洗澡不是很舒服。早饭是西式自助早餐，算不上丰盛但是吃饱没问题。酒店旁边的whitepub咖啡店可以吃白人晚饭，人均25-30纽币一个人，味道还可以。福克斯冰川的酒店普遍贵，来新西兰11天这是唯一一家价格超过1000的。
太糟糕了，简直是噩梦般的体验。夏天空调居然坏了，他们只给了一个不能摇头的风扇，开起来比飞机螺旋桨还吵。我要求退款，但他们拒绝了。无论如何都不要预订这家酒店。
