Staff needs training on kindness
It took us 15 minutes to find someone to check us in. We walked up and down the hallways. I knocked on staff doors. My husband called the front desk numerous times. No employee insight! When I found someone I asked her if anyone working the front desk. My husband said she looked me up and down giving me the dirtiest looks. Uncalled for! I wasn’t rude or raising my voice. Definitely will not be back!

Very nice hotel. Not at the level of my usual 4-star as for quantity of toiletries but more importantly, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen. Not a smudge anywhere. Visually it just looked so perfectly cleaned. Although it may sound strange to mention but I was super impressed by the shower curtain, which was pressed perfectly with equal spaced folds. I took a photo, lol. Donna, at the front desk, is a pleasure to talk with. A young man who assisted me when I requested a 2nd floor room switch from my 1st floor for personal reasons, was super polite and helpful. I believe his name is Jordan but I am not sure. Sorry Jordan. The conviences of 3-food locations nearby and the AdventHealth shuttle made the choice of staying there worth it even more. Lastly, breakfast was very well prepared 😋. Thank you ALL.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and accesible. The room was clean and quiet. I recommend it!
