The room was ok. Basic but the breakfast was bad, worst waffles ive had. They didnt even have proper plates or many fruits.

I have to stress that the staff was amazing! Beginning with the front desk through to the kitchen staff. They had an opportunity to communicate by a text that implemented immediately after reaching our room. There were some issues with bugs that was relayed through the text message. I have pictures but did not see an opportunity to share them.

Front desk service was ok. Room cleansliness was fair. Fresh paint to cover old quality. Rooms were minimal, small pillows, bathroom was poorly lit and TP was less than a roll. Pool was closed when we got there but opened later. Parking was good. A few large groups there so they we in busses kept parking good. For 150$ a room i wasnt impressed.

Check in staff/reception was great. 5 stars!
Rooms need a huge update as far as painting the walls and doors.
Shower handle was broken. Had a hard time finding hot water due to the handle been broken and it wouldn’t turn off completely.
House keeping didn’t clean room all 5 days we were there. Lucky we didn’t run out of toilet paper.
Pillows were the size of decorative couch size pillows. They need to get regular standard sizes.

I had an end room on the 3rd floor. There was a constant sound of running water all night long, very annoying. Did not tell front desk as I was already settled in and did not want to change rooms at that point. There was a thermostat on the wall which really did not do anything. I like fan mode but there was not one. OK choice at breakfast, eggs and grits were watery, but edible.
