We stayed at this location in March of 2024 and didn’t have a great stay. Our room was directly above where the staff would take breaks outside. There were tons of F Bombs and foul language for my young daughters to hear at 8:00am in the morning. We were reluctant to stay here again while visiting my elderly Mother in Wilson. Well you have definitely cleaned things up. There was no foul language and your staff was extremely professional everytime we had a chance to interact with them. Hats off to you for listening to your customer base and doing something about it. Thank you…we will be back.

Great place, the staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms could be a bit cleaner but other than that, a love ly place to stay.

Room 221 needs a new television. The TV in the room had a very blue picture and was not pleasant to look at.

The staff didn’t really interact much. The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud kicking on and off nonstop all night was frustrating and made it difficult to sleep. The pool was nice and very clean and the breakfast was very good.

There were no staff available when checking in. Wait was ~15 minutes. Room had maintenance issues with the shower and commode. Staff were responsive to the issues.

For the value, everything should be a 5-star. Equivalent to any Marriott, Hyatt or IHG property at this level HANDS DOWN. Wonderful front desk staff.

I arrived around 10pm, and so tired. Bed sheet was not clean (still there were some hairs), and bathroom tub area was dirty and in poor condition with too much slow drain. And, noisy refrigerator was uncomfortable for sleeping. And, next morning a small cockroach in the elevator. I visited this place some times ago, and its good memory made me to come there again, but unfortunately this time was totally disappointed. And, may not choose again.

我问早餐几点结束，他们告诉我9点半。结果周末是到晚上8点半（20:30）。我房间的红色椅子扶手上有陈旧的食物残渣，我根本不想坐。床单看起来没换过，皱巴巴的。淋浴时浴缸还堵塞了。
