We are always hopeful for a clean place to stay and that’s what we got on this visit. Couldn’t ask for much more.

The indoor pool was the main reason we stayed. The pool hot tub was filled in by new owners. The floor surrounding the pool could have been cleaner. The water temp was too warm and the room was very noisy due to the two exhaust fans. The pool was satisfactory overall but I would not pick this property again for the pool.

Stayed here several times but this particular room had an a/c that just ran nonstop. It didn’t have an auto function. So noisy. Still love the comfy bed, clean room, and good lobby coffee. I’m glad they started breakfast a little earlier too. Very good omelets.

The physical property was very nice. The area was easily accessible, quiet and in a safe location. The building and room furniture were great. My only issue was that the microwave needed to be replaced. It kept shorting out... It would work for 5 seconds and then freeze up. The staff came and attempted to fix it, and got it to work for 5 seconds, so we thought it was good, but as soon as the staff left, it quit working again. So, we resorted to going to the lobby to use the microwave there.

We stayed here during our most recent visit to Tyler and it was great. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are incredibly friend and personable. The entire grounds are clean and safe. The price was also very reasonable.
