Staff and indoor cleanliness were great. However the pillows are extremely uncomfortable so I suggest bringing your own if able. The building has some room for improvement

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spoke with Amanda about the condition of the room and she stated that room shouldn't have been available for anyone to stay in and initially offered a refund but said she couldn’t because I reserved a room through *******. However, I paid at the hotel. Then advised me to reach out to Savi the manager who has yet to respond to my email. After speaking with ******* customer service I found out she lied and could in fact refund me. After ******* reached out to them for three days they said they are refusing and decided to decline a refund on a room they said shouldn’t have been available for anyone to stay in. DONT STAY HERE RUN!!!! THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS NEARBY!!

Overall, we were happy with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast options, and the location was convenient for what we had planned. The only issue was the hotel appears to be older than presented in the pictures and could use renovations. Our room was clean, but it had definitely seen better days.

No shower pressure, for new towels you have to return the dirty ones yourself. Room was dirty. Would not recommend. Over priced.

Needs a good cleaning
The suite we stayed in had stains on the wall and carpet. The bedding had huge holes in it.
