Old rooms old furniture breakfast lacking being good. Last breakfast biscuit and gravy the gravy was like watery. No sausage in it.hair dryer broken in the room.

I was there three days and I asked for the floor to be vacuumed and for my bed to be made with the linen changed. When I came back to the room nothing was done and there was linen on top of the bed. I went and asked the housekeeper what happened and she stay there that that's all she can do when I spoke to her manager the manager of his nasty and offsetting stating that they don't have to make beds and continue to disrespect me over the phone when I went to the front desk the front desk said that she was a different department but had the right to handle things however she chose to handle them there was no accountability at all. According to the front desk afterwards got the housekeeping manager called the GM and expected us to be put out of the hotel all because I complained about getting my bed made. No attitude, no back and forth, just a question. The front desks let me know this happens all the time and there was nothing we could do about it which I thought was crazy. It seemed like the front desk staff were all scared of the housekeeping manager and didn't want to tell her to her face that she was wrong although telling me that she was. It was probably the worst experience that I've ever had. I needed to book two more days and when I want to go book the two days I was told I was unable to book the two days because the housekeeping manager didn't want us there. That added insult to injury. I would not stay there if you expect normal housekeeping and for your bed linen to.

Room was clean, Staff was helpful however they only had 1 elevator working for the whole hotel.

Upon checking in the room we were given was literally disgusting and made me sick to my stomach. Walking into the room we smelled something really bad. After we turned on the lights there was a large soiled area on the carpet near the bed, not sure if it was vomit or feces.
