Wasn’t crazy about the parking. I would rather park my own car. I don’t like waiting for the valet to get the car. Valets were great but could without it. Plus the hotel wasn’t that busy

Room was dirty. Trash was not empty when we arrive. The hotel has a bad smell. To top that off the shower handle was broke when we tried to cut the shower on. House keeping sucks at this location.

Amazing front desk staff, they were all so friendly! The rooms was very spacious and well appointed. The cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating, they recognized we would need extra toiletries. Definitely would recommend this hotel for all of this plus location close to downtown, Vanderbilt and the gulch.
