the reasons that we think it is a not good hotle：the facilities are not get four star like the website said ：
the slippers are so bad we can't wear；
the wifi in the room is not efficient，even the signal is poor；
and there is a nasty smell in the room and in the lift；
the sewer likes blocked because the water get through very slow when we first used it；
the shower place even have no door；
two bed make one big bed sounds ridiculous；
and the dust bin is too small in the bath room and there is something strange ；
noisy；
the electric kettle is not worked sometimes，actually it was successed just once；
it‘s too dark ：the light in the closet is not worked and also the table lamp in the room；
there is so horrible in every corner in the room ： too dirty！
we agreed that the room can be down grade because we wanted to live on the same floor but the workers didn't tell us that there is no Wi-Fi and even the signal！More，before we checked out ，they was told us the wifi is definitely ok （but they never give us any solution） as same as the kettle and the lamp and the sewer.
These three days are not good for us. I think they feel that we are trouble when we complain the facilities and no sorry.

入住三天酒店并没有四星级 ：拖鞋很糟糕 非常薄 没法穿；酒店wifi信号很差；味道很难闻；酒店下水堵住 下水很慢；浴室连门都没有；大床是用两个小床拼的；卫生非常糟糕；电梯里一股难闻的味道；厕所里有奇怪的东西；隔音很差；没有热水可以烧（热水壶时好时坏）；屋内非常暗 衣柜里什么都看不见；房间的灯台灯也打不开，角落里都非常脏；我们同意房间降级，但是那个房间没有信号和wifi 跟他们反应，他们觉得wifi是好的而且对我们的意见表示无法理解，我们的热水壶坏的 他们给出的解决方案是让我们一直用手按着烧，但是前台觉得我们及时跟他们说的话可以给我们换一个（我们及时跟他们说了，但是没有要给我们换的意思）我们的睡衣 在房间里睡一晚上就有一股奇怪的味道。
总结下来 每件事他们都有道理 包括灯坏的，我们说了 她们说本来就是坏的。还有下水道是堵的 他们知道 但是又不来修 又觉得我们的投诉影响了他们，我们走的时候又对我们的投诉抱怨了一番 而不是抱歉

房间需要进行一些重大更新和改进
首先，我要说的是，工作人员非常出色。他们尽力满足了我们的要求。然而，酒店却让他们失望了。这家酒店真的不适合住上几晚（或者在隔壁的酒吧里待一晚）。我们住了6晚，正准备开始为期3周的欧洲之旅，带着两个拉杆箱和一个更大的行李箱。房间空间有限，简直就像一个障碍赛。想象一下，一个12英寸宽的衣柜里只有4个衣架。我们决定自费升级到更大的房间，这确实帮了我们不少忙。我们直接向一位非常乐于助人的客房服务员提出要求，服务员终于给我们提供了毛巾，但自从我们提出要求后，毛巾一直没找到。手机和其他电子设备的电源插座在床对面的地板上。挂窗帘的挂钩从墙上掉了下来。门上的链锁也派不上用场了，因为穿过通道的部分不见了。我已经很久没见过冷热水分开的水槽了。凌晨3点，房间里砰砰砰的低音停止了，我就知道隔壁酒吧关门了。不难看出，这家老牌“摇滚”酒店已经过了鼎盛时期，需要翻新一下了。唯一的优点是地理位置——去苏荷区和圣约花园都很方便。
