On ******* it said the rooms had a microwave and we get there and surprise no microwave not only that I requested a 1st floor room and called as they told me before check in and told me it was taken care of and surprise again we had to be on the second floor very disappointed especially when traveling with kids and having to go down and heat up food in the breakfast area I will not be staying here again

Room was 64 degrees when we arrived.Roundabout way to get to room thru pool patio, noisy jumping off the bed kids above us, ran sprinklers out front for way too long wasting water, weird entry takes you around back of building with stacks of old furniture, mattresses, etc. Would not recommend this property.

Very noisy, ants in the tub, door was very hard to open everyday, limited breakfast and dirty outside and around the hotel

很棒的酒店。员工很友好。离所有地方都很近，地理位置优越。浴室也很干净。
服务一般，不冷不热，有停车位在外面露天停车场，停了一晚14刀，早餐是美式自助餐，自取面包牛奶华夫饼之类，没有看到有鸡蛋。以上都能接受。就是卫生太令人糟心。浴缸扶手都有女人的长头发耷拉着，令人很不舒服。我拍照吐吐槽！
在北公园度过了一段愉快的时光。然而，我和妻子醒来后，看到床单下面的被套上沾染着血迹或其他什么东西，这让我们感到震惊。似乎清洁人员试图清洗过，但那些血迹或其他污渍并没有洗掉。我和妻子都感到非常恶心，我的妻子甚至因此吐了。我们通知了前台，他们说经理会给我打电话，但已经两天了，我们没有收到任何人的回复。真是吸取教训了！以后一定要检查床和床单！
酒店位置很好，泳池和早餐等设施也一应俱全，性价比很高。
不过，酒店比较老旧，有点异味，还能看到虫子，感觉不是很干净。
