This place was being "remodeled". The bed was comfortable but the furniture was in very poor condition. The reason I booked it was because of it's rating. This is So Off. It stated 1000 reviews... I Don't Think So. It was exaggerated to get the high scoring. I can't say enough how disappointed and mad I was at the False reporting of the hotel

This is a low budget hotel. While the rooms have been redone, there are a number of issues that remain. The reader to enter the room was faulty causing us to be locked out of our room. The bathroom door doesn’t shut and the outside access doors don’t work. If you need the bare basics, this hotel will work for you.

The recent ownership change of this hotel has left the new owners with quite a project. We were surprised to find decent and new furnishings in the room. Pretty much everything else... needs help. Areas to work on would be: describe breakfast as continental not full...it's all pastry. Our bathroom needed an overhaul and plumbing was slow. Lobby- dismal. But the staff were so nice. I hope they get it renovated and succeed.

This hotel was baught off Indian people who don’t speak good English the property needs major work the rugs smell a mess we stayed 2 days thank god all of our stay wasn’t there not a bad area close to shopping centers . Electricity went out from using the blow drier it was bad

The bed clothes were clean, but I'm not sure this hotel got so many great ratings. The carpets haven't been cleaned in many years, hallways were dingy, wall paper pealing away from walls, signs of years of wear were everywhere.

This hotel is disgusting. Pictures on-line are fraudulent. Pics labeled as exterior show other local inns.
This is not an inn- it is a motel. Rooms smell and have bugs. We could not stay- left immediately after seeing the rooms. Went to another nearby hotel and were advised that people come in all the time looking for a new place as they could not stay in the "Inn at Historic Concord".

This property does not have any of the charm that the name and description might lead you to believe. It is also renovation, and it appears to now be a Best Western.
