Our favorite place to stay. The room had some fun stuff for kids as well (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel stuff, i realize these rooms are all different but would be great if they just took a pic of the "extras" closet so we knew we didnt need to pack our snorkel stuff.

We woke up to the first morning to find cockroaches in the room. We have stayed here many times in the past and never had this problem before. The room was somewhat run down. The staff apologized and sent over pest control. We unfortunately ran into the cockroaches 2 more times before we left. No offer of another room. When I pressed them for some type of compensation, they made an offer, which I refused. I pointed out that they charged a cleaning fee when we checked in, but obviously the room was not clean when we got it or their would not have been cockroaches in the room.
This didn't make for a pleasant stay.

没有空调、厨房设备差、刀具钝等等。我们门廊前面一大早就有人过度修剪草坪。
清洁费高得离谱，一大笔钱，而且不可退还，你必须自己把脏毛巾拿到前台去拿干净的毛巾，还有卫生纸、洗发水，所有这些都必须自己去拿，如果你想让女服务员真的进你的房间，每次都要收取高得离谱的额外费用。（不是清洁费）房间很好！酒店干净漂亮...我的孩子们喜欢街对面的游泳池，但步行过去也不远。我不喜欢沙滩巾卡，你可以为你们团里的每个人配一张毛巾卡，但如果你错过了一张或任何一张，每张卡的费用都很贵，我不敢用它们，以防我丢了一张，而且我找不到拿沙滩巾的地方（不同于泳池毛巾），它靠近波普海滩，那是我们最喜欢的海滩，有很多海龟，沙子很棒，水很温暖。
我喜欢这里的场地、美丽的植物和花园。
