It was quiet and clean for the most part. We styed for three nights, i feeel the cleaning staff mightvhave forgot to clean our toilet.

The room was filthy, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows on the bed had a bad smell. I never plan to book Country Inn and Suites in Kingsland Ga again

I normally enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn and suites but this one here was very disappointing. We had ants in our bathroom in the sink all over also, the furniture in the bedroom was ripped and torn. When we got in the elevator it shook and made a lot of noise when it got to the tried floor. We report this to the receptionist upfront and she said she would report it. We asked her if she wanted to look at it. She said no. The next morning when we got up, we went to get back on the elevator to come down and it didn’t come. We waited a few minutes. It didn’t come so we end up, walking down the stairs only to be told that the elevator was no longer working because it was broken. There was no notification that it was not working, no sign or anything. Also, I have a difficult time walking up and downstairs due to an injury and we had to have to carry our luggage back down the stairs and it was very distressful. I was afraid I was going to fall. I feel sorry if anyone was there in a wheelchair, they would have been stranded.

The property is older but it would be so much better if owner would do more upgrades and make sure your rooms are up to par.
It was an elevator issue that was not known on arrival. Communication communication . Rm 310 had a musty smell, refrigerator door would not close properly, took a min for hot water to get hot, need to update the bedding and replace the pullout couch. Too many stains on couch and mattress
people will not have so many complaints if you would just do better
Think about you staying at your own hotel.
Would you stay at it with those conditions. The rates are good the rooms are good just need to take more in your hotel and make sure your rooms are clean and smell good

Having stayed at this Country Inn before, I went back to not such a good visit. Little things but as a paying customer you should expect better.
1) Ice machine 3rd floor didn’t work
2) I know it’s continental breakfast but all they had for my 3 nights was frozen biscuits (warmed up) and canned sausage gravy.
3) Juice machine didn’t work
4) Hot tub was out of order. Understand things happen but at least let the customer know so they can decide on another location.
5) Front desk was asked about all the above and response was “I don’t know”.
I will find another hotel for future visits which will be often.

The facility is a little dated however very clean and excellent staff at checkin desk and breakfast
Pool hours are perfect for an early riser and open late as well

This was the dirtiest hotel we have stayed at. From walking in to a musty smell to a room that need deep cleaning and the air filter had not been changed in many months if not years. I will not stay there again as I go to Kingsland a lot.

Selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. We had traveled all day and it allowed the children to enjoy if the weather was not good. Great location. Chick-fil-A across the street. Hot tub, not working. Out of all of the juices in the dining area. The rooms are dark. Lighting needs to be upgraded. The dining area was very dark. No lights over the juice area and the whole wall. We left and went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. It’s a joke. They say hot free breakfast but they’re out of everything
