上下铺小朋友很喜欢；房间不大，但房间正对纽卡主要景点，非常赞；
卫生有瑕疵，地有灰尘，整体还不错的；
中午12:00左右到了，直接给房入住了。
位置还行，但不在市中心。房间很整洁，每天打扫后都挺干净的，喜欢床品、杯子清洁、厕纸和咖啡/茶包的补充。不过，马桶、淋浴间和地板都没有清洁。
地理位置特别好，车站右转五分钟就到。服务人员很热情，特别干净，还有一点很重要的是是地板，早餐很好吃，强烈推荐➕早餐。微微会有点不太隔音，不过不影响睡觉，这个价格不能要求更多，非常好的体验
这家酒店地理位置优越，方便在纽卡斯尔市中心出行。它靠近泰恩桥，清晨可以在河边欣赏日出美景。
位置很好，离车站走路几分钟，大堂不太大，房间也有点小，但箱子可以打开，比再远点的Easy好太多了。房间设施齐全，但冲凉房是半开放的，水容易跑的一地都是。冲凉水很充足，洗澡还是很舒服的。床品也不错，睡觉很舒适。
这家酒店的房间现代宽敞，保养得很好，提供舒适的床铺、时尚的办公桌、遮光窗帘以及带步入式淋浴的私人浴室。毛巾和洗浴用品会定期补充，不过有几位客人提到偶尔会有卫生问题，比如毛巾上有头发。
平安夜入住该酒店非常满意👍，我们上午到，服务员登记后，立马给房卡，我们上午便入住了，放下行李轻松逛街去了，非常感谢酒店的服务态度，可亲可敬，地段非常好出门就是火车站，去市中心10分钟，下次到纽卡斯尔一定会预订该酒店

第一次入住不知道好坏就先订了一晚，比预期的要好，之后又续住了。前台沟通很顺利，一直微笑对待。晚上超过10点以后会锁门，很安全。
对于在纽卡斯尔的短暂停留来说，这家酒店既方便又经济实惠，员工很友善也乐于助人。但是午夜时分楼下的酒吧有点吵。
