环境：房间面积大，地理位置好，下楼可以从地下直达地铁，距离东京站很近，方便乘坐新干线；
卫生：卫生情况无可挑剔；
设施：浴缸泡澡非常舒适，开夜床服务还会提提供药浴包；
服务：服务非常棒，特别想提及——办理入住时和大堂经理Asaki Yoshiuchi短暂交谈，随意分享了一些个人兴趣，然而令人惊喜的是，退房当天竟然收到了这位经理的亲笔信，信中还包含了专门绘制的插画，巧妙地将我们之前提及的几个兴趣的元素结合在一起，他不仅记住了我们随意的谈话内容，更花时间和精力将其转化为一件充满个性化关怀的纪念品，能够感受到酒店的真诚与用心。
刚预定不久因行程变动而且离入住时间较长也不能取消，环境也一般，服务也是一般般，也没啥体验活动，日式早餐量很少而且巨难吃，体验感最差的一次入住，与安縵的品牌完全不符合！
作为一个安缦痴个人觉得城市系列的安缦还是差点意思… 服务没有京都安缦好，大厅一堆网红在拍照… 房间里也没有准备梳子，总体来说不值这个价格

安曼东京，日本东京的顶奢酒店，环境非常好，大堂非常漂亮，服务员也非常的热情，会帮忙拿行李帮忙办理入住！
酒店有中文工作人员很方便！

与十年前入住的感觉一样，好像什么都没有变，只是很遗憾没有看见富士山。靠富士山皇宫这边的房间会比靠城市景观的房间面积小一半，但是即便小一半也是70平左右的面积，没啥好挑的了。早餐可以送到房间，并且没有时间限制，也就是说如果你是下午五点退房，那么下午四点你也可以安排酒店房间送早服务
东京最满意的酒店之一，升级到套房，两个宝贝住的非常满意，早餐也选择了送到房间。 桑拿，泳池，温泉都可以体验一下。
