This is my first stay in this chain. The room was spartan, as expected: not a whole lot larger than the king sized bed, but sufficient. Bare floors, minimal shelf space, but there was an adequate place for my bag. The bathroom was excellent: big, well lit mirror, real walk in shower with good shower head and dispensers for soap at the sink and in the shower along with shampoo and conditioner. Black out curtain worked well. There was a comfortable chair, but the 'desk' was a rollout from under the TV shelf, which was adequate if one sits on the bed. I was impressed at how quiet the room was, considering that it's literally right next to the airport runway. In all, I liked it: just what I needed at a reasonable price.

This hotel, for the price, was excellent! Clean, modern, free parking, near airport, had shuttle, free breakfast-what more could you want? Would definitely stay again!

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Air conditioner made a very strange noise every time it kicked on so it kept me awake most of the night.

Super friendly staff , well appointed , quiet , clean. Simply perfect . Booked for 3 - at other hotels we often have to ask for towels for our third guest . Not here :-). Room was all set up for extra guest and even had a hand towel and facecloth each . A+++++ well done

Great experience!
I stayed at Tru during the Louder Than Life festival and the hotel/staff were incredibly accommodating. They were fully prepared for all the things that LTL brings. All the small gestures really made a difference and was VERY appreciated. Also, the front desk staff and room attendants were very friendly and welcoming too!
