我住的是顶楼豪华套房,非常享受在伯明翰AC酒店的时光。房间设计精美,时尚现代,住着也超级舒适。从头到尾,员工都非常乐于助人,服务周到。酒水价格出乎意料地划算,而且酒店位置能俯瞰水景,景色美极了。我一定会再来的!我的照片根本拍不出它有多美。

房间整体还不错 楼下咖啡店的店员小姐姐人太好了 国际卡刷不出 不收现金 直接请我喝了杯咖啡和一个汉堡 太感谢了!
前台服务很好,卫生也不错,要说的是伯明翰治安不大行,外出旅行夜里尽量不要外出,白天出行最好结伴并保持警惕。
房间很漂亮,也很干净!前台的女孩人超级好,在这里住宿让糟糕的一天变得好多了!5星好评!

这家酒店如果定价在60英镑,我会觉得合理,但如果超过75英镑,就完全不推荐了。
我最近入住这家万豪酒店的体验相当令人失望。虽然房间很干净,但噪音却大得离谱。晚上我们向前台反映噪音扰民的问题,他们却只说会调查噪音来源,并表示无法为我们更换房间。不清楚究竟是确实没有空房,还是他们只是想敷衍了事。
第二个大问题发生在周日早上7点左右,我们被电钻声突然吵醒。我实在无法理解为什么会选择在周日一大早进行这种施工。退房时我们向前台提及此事,他们仅仅提供了一杯咖啡作为补偿,这让我们感觉很不被重视,也非常不专业。我们拒绝了咖啡,因为这样的补偿根本无法弥补我们所经历的不便。
他们还提到了下次入住可以免费升级房间,但经历过这样的遭遇,谁还会愿意再来呢?更何况,我们最初预订的是海景房,这本身就不是普通房型。
这是我第一次入住万豪品牌的酒店,这次经历非常令人失望。
